I’m glad I chose the Hopper,as this is one seriously powerful piece of equipment. I can see now that, like how the PrimeTime Anytime feature is great for recording shows, the apps feature will be great for connecting with each other. Whether it’s to play music for a light dinner or Facebook to connect with friends, it looks like the Hopper will have it. I should have seen this coming when a co-worker at DISH mentioned the apps that the Hopper will have.

Come on, the baby ‘roo is absolutely adorable! And the brand name does make a little sense as you can essentially “hop” from room to room and take the TV show your watching with you. As a DISH employee I’ve been waiting a long time for something like the Hoper whole home HD DVR system to come out and I think it was worth the wait. Especially when you factor in PrimeTime Anytime, giving you access to all your primetime HD shows for 8 days! But honestly what really shocked me was the fact that DISH is giving the Hopper out free for signing up for DISH; unheard of in this industry.
